No. Your agent calls Stophy, so you need no Zillow API key and no Zillow login.
The agent gets stophy_search_endpoints, stophy_describe_endpoint and stophy_call, which reach every Zillow endpoint. The Zillow endpoints are Zillow Search and Zillow Property. Add ?toolsets=zillow to the server address to also get one tool per Zillow endpoint.
