No. You call Stophy, so you need no Google Cloud project, no Places API key and no Programmable Search Engine. google.search, google.news and google.maps.search return their first page without a Stophy API key, and a free daily limit applies. Every other call needs a Stophy API key.
google.search returns results, aiOverview, knowledgeGraph, peopleAlsoAsk and relatedSearches. A Maps place has name, address, rating, reviews, phone, website and hours. A Trends call returns a value for each point in time or for each region. A flight has price, airlines, stops and legs. A Google Play app has installsText, rating and version.
The endpoints read public Google pages: Search, News, Images, Videos, Shopping, Scholar, Patents, Jobs, AI Mode, Maps, Trends, Flights, Hotels, Google Play and the Ads Transparency Center. They do not sign in to a Google account, so they read no Gmail, Drive or Calendar data. They do not book flights or hotels, and they do not post reviews.
It depends on the endpoint. google.search, google.news, google.shopping, google.scholar, google.videos, google.patents, google.hotels and google.maps.search take page. google.jobs, google.maps.reviews, google.play.reviews and google.ads.search return a cursor, and you send it in the next call. google.images and google.play.search return one list, and you set limit. The other endpoints return one answer for each call.
Most Google endpoints cost 1 credit for each call that returns data. google.aiMode and google.shopping cost 2 credits. google.images costs 1 credit for every 10 images, and google.play.search costs 1 credit for every 10 apps. A call that returns an error or an empty list uses 0 credits.
