No. You call Stophy with a Stophy API key. You need no Amazon Associates account, no Product Advertising API key and no seller account.
A search result has productId, which is the ASIN, plus title, price, originalPrice, rating, reviews, boughtPastMonth and isSponsored. amazon.product adds brand, availability, bullets, specs, variants, sellerName, bestSellersRank and topReviews. amazon.bestsellers returns the ranked products of a category.
No. The Amazon endpoints read public product pages. They do not add to a cart, place orders or read order history, and they do not log in. amazon.product returns the top reviews of a product, not every review.
Set country to an Amazon store such as us, gb, de, jp or in. The default is us. Prices come back in the currency of that store.
amazon.search takes page, up to 20. An amazon.bestsellers list has two pages, so set page to 1 or 2. amazon.product and amazon.suggest return one answer for each call.
amazon.search, amazon.product and amazon.bestsellers cost 2 credits for each call that returns data. amazon.suggest costs 1 credit. A call that returns an error or an empty list uses 0 credits.
