Set status to forSale, forRent or sold. The default is forSale. For sold homes, daysOnZillow means sold in that period, such as 30Days.
minPrice and maxPrice, minBedrooms and maxBedrooms, minBathrooms, minSqft and maxSqft, minLotSize and maxLotSize, minYearBuilt and maxYearBuilt, maxHoa, homeTypes and keywords. True or false filters include hasPool, hasGarage, isWaterfront, openHouse and priceReduced.
