No. Your agent calls Stophy, so you need no Instagram API key and no Instagram login.
The agent gets stophy_search_endpoints, stophy_describe_endpoint and stophy_call, which reach every Instagram endpoint. The Instagram endpoints are Instagram Comments, Instagram Post, Instagram Profile, Instagram Profile Reels and Instagram Transcript. Add ?toolsets=instagram to the server address to also get one tool per Instagram endpoint.
