No. You call Stophy with a Stophy API key and a post link. You need no Instagram account and no access to the post owner's account.
A results list and a cursor. Each comment has commentId, commentUrl, authorUsername, authorUrl, authorAvatarUrl, authorIsVerified, text, replies and publishedAt.
Send the commentId in comment, with the same post. The call then returns the replies to that comment.
sort takes newest or popular. Leave it out for newest. Replies have no order filter, so leave sort out when you send comment.
Send the cursor from the last response, with the same post and sort.
