Yes. Send POST /v1/tiktok/transcript with videoUrl and includeTimestamps: true. The response has success, data, creditsUsed and requestId, and data holds text and a segments list with startSeconds, endSeconds and text. With an API key, the endpoint also transcribes the audio of a video that has no captions.
