The agent calls microsoftAdsSearch with a product keyword and country set to de, and groups headline and text by advertiserName. It then calls microsoftAdsAd on each ad to read firstShownAt and lastShownAt.

No. You call Stophy with a Stophy API key. You need no Microsoft Advertising account and no developer token.
An ad has adId, advertiserId, advertiserName, headline, text, linkUrl and imageUrls. microsoft.ads.ad adds paidBy, firstShownAt, lastShownAt, impressionsMin, impressionsMax, countries and targeting. An advertiser has advertiserId, advertiserName, advertiserCountry and isVerified.
The ads that Microsoft publishes in its Ad Library. Microsoft publishes ads for EU and EEA countries only, so country takes a code such as de. The endpoints do not create or manage campaigns, and they do not read a Microsoft Advertising account.
microsoft.ads.search returns a total and a cursor. Send the cursor in the next call with the same query or advertiser. microsoft.ads.advertisers returns one list, and microsoft.ads.ad returns one ad.
1 credit for each call that returns data, whether you search ads, find advertisers or read one ad. A call that returns an error or an empty list uses 0 credits.
