The agent calls zillowSearch with status set to forSale and reads rentZestimate on each home. It then calls zillowProperty on the best matches for propertyTaxRate and monthlyHoa.

No. You call Stophy with a Stophy API key. You need no Zillow account, no MLS membership and no partner agreement.
zillow.search returns homes with propertyId, price, addressFull, bedrooms, bathrooms, sqft, homeType, zestimate and rentZestimate. zillow.property adds lotSize, yearBuilt, description, imageUrls, priceHistory, monthlyHoa, propertyTaxRate, agentName and agentPhone.
No. The Zillow endpoints read listings. They do not contact an agent, book a tour or save a home, and they do not log in to a Zillow account.
zillow.search returns total, page and totalPages. Set page to 2, 3 and so on, up to 20, and keep the same filters. zillow.property returns one home, so it has no pages.
2 credits for each call that returns data, on zillow.search and on zillow.property. A call that returns an error or an empty list uses 0 credits.
