The agent calls upworkSearch with a skill, jobType and minHourlyRate. It then calls upworkJob with each jobUrl and keeps the jobs where clientTotalSpent and clientRating are high.
Track demand for a skill
The agent calls upworkSearch on a schedule, with sort set to newest, and counts the new jobs for each skill. It calls upworkJob on some of them to read applicants and interviewing.
Price a service
The agent calls upworkSearch with experienceLevel set to expert and reads hourlyRateMin, hourlyRateMax and fixedBudget. It then calls upworkJob to see which of those jobs hired a freelancer.

No. You call Stophy with a Stophy API key. You need no Upwork account and no Upwork API application.
upwork.search returns jobs with jobId, jobUrl, title, description, skills, experienceLevel, hourlyRateMin, hourlyRateMax, fixedBudget and publishedAt. upwork.job adds applicants, interviewing, hired and the client's history: clientTotalSpent, clientHires, clientRating and clientCountry.
No. The Upwork endpoints read job posts. They do not send proposals or message clients, and they do not log in to an Upwork account. No endpoint returns freelancer profiles.
upwork.search returns total and page. Set page to 2, 3 and so on, up to 100, and keep the same query and filters. upwork.job returns one job.
1 credit for a page of search results and 1 credit for a job, when the call returns data. A call that returns an error or an empty list uses 0 credits.
