The transcript in text, plus videoId, videoUrl, language, durationSeconds and isAutoGenerated. isAutoGenerated is true when YouTube made the captions by speech recognition.
Set includeTimestamps to true. The response then has a segments list, and each segment has startSeconds, endSeconds and text.
Set language to a BCP 47 tag such as en or pt-BR. The language field in the response tells you which captions you got.
