country defaults to us and takes a two-letter code. language defaults to en and takes a tag such as en or pt-BR.
No. It returns the suggestions and their order. For interest over time, call google.trends.interest.
Both endpoints take the same inputs. google.suggest returns what people type into Google, and youtube.suggest returns what they type into YouTube.
