No. You send up to 5 queries and a Stophy API key. You need no Google account, and you do not export a CSV file by hand.
A results list and averages. Each result is one point in time. It has recordedAt, isPartial and values, which holds one number for each query. The newest point comes first. averages holds one average for each query.

The last point of a series can cover a period that has not ended. isPartial is true for that point.
